Terms

My terms are simple and it would be thankful to you that you respected them:

1. All my images have copyright, reason why you will not be able to use them without my permission in writing.

2. Absolutely the redistribution of these images in any form is prohibited. If somebody wishes these images it must personally ask for it to me by means of an email.

3. In case you use some of my images, you will have to redirect it to http://www.bm3dart.com using one of my banners, or in any case a text Link.

4. You will not be able to alter my images. Single you can resizing them and /or cut them.

5. Our images are NOT to be used on pornographic sites that contain X rated themes. There is a huge difference between adult content & pornography. Also none of these sets may be used on sites promoting or containing hate, racism, child abuse, animal cruelty or anything else to that nature.
